Mechanic
The Mechanic is responsible for keeping the machines in peak operating condition. The individual must have basic knowledge of machine repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting skills. The mechanic must have good communication skills to assist in crew leader training, working with our vendors, and performing updates to our machinery. Strong work ethic and the ability to make critical decisions are required. This is a position that directly affects our departmental goals. HR-Corporate Recruiter/Sales Trainer for the Baltimore/DC area.
Position Summary:
• Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to fill corporate needs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Training manager to develop/deliver product training course.
Position Responsibilities:
• Source and Pre-screen resumes to locate potential candidates
• Provide candidates with detailed information regarding company growth, career path, job responsibilities, training, corporate culture, salary range, and etc. before the office interview
• Schedule interviews for corporate managers
• Act as a point of contact with candidates throughout hiring process
• Manage job postings and requisitions for corporate positions
• Provide assistance to Corporate Managers on interviewing techniques
• Promote diversity and insure all managers are compliant with EEOC laws
• Schedule, coordinate and attend college and professional recruiting events
• Develop marketing strategies to attract quality candidates
• Collaborate with Training manager to develop/deliver product training course
• Provide selling skills, sales approach and sales strategy training to new sales reps.
• Assess the effectiveness of training courses by reviewing course evaluations, traveling with new and tenured sales reps and revising programs accordingly.
• Provide peer training to sales reps to ensure the sales representative interacts with clients with the highest level of confidence and skill.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient technology skills using MS Office, Internet and Email required
• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks
• Must demonstrate ability to work well and effectively with others
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Preferred:
• 3-5 years previous recruiting experience
• A minimum of five years combined hands-on peer to peer and classroom training experience is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is essential
